Wills makes his Broadway singing debut in the car on Sunday morning
San Diego/Chanukah 2011
Enjoy these pics from our December family vacation. Lots of fun, but lots of work (with two kids), and not relaxing at all. Especially since Wills decided to enter the worst of his terrible twos over that very week. We loved all of our San Diego adventures. It was especially fun celebrating Gigi’s 85th birthday with family, and spending the week with our wonderful San Diego family + Grandma Jackie and Papa Roger.

Gooo Stanford!
Well, even though Stanford lost in the Fiesta Bowl, Wills and Lea did their very best to cheer our team on to victory…
Just Dance 3!
On the recommendation from my Packard Kids Program Families, I bought “Just Dance 3” as a family gift for the holidays. I’m a little embarrassed to post this, but just wanted to demonstrate how it’s fun family fitness for the whole family. The Levys are big fans. Now if only Wills would give his Wii wand to another adult so I could have a live competitor…

Our Little Man is 2 1/2 years old!
We cannot believe how fast the time has flown by! Wills is truly a little man. Basically, a mini-Dan (or twin as we say, separated at birth by 31 years!) Wills loves everything Dan loves (in no particular order)
- Chicken
- Chips
- Fruit Smoothies
- Basketball (he plays it downstairs on his own for 30 minutes at a time—I am not kidding…)
- Football
- The Stanford Band (well, Wills is way more passionate about it than Dan. He insists on watching in on the iPad just about every morning)
- Stanford everything
- Andrew Luck and Terrence Stephens
- Exercising in general (He pretends to exercise with us and “lifts weights” with a poster tube)
- Dancing and singing (Well, maybe this is more me than Dan…)
Wills has this amazing ability to play independently for hours at a time. He loves playing in the basement, lining up cars in his “parking lots”, and playing with trains on the train table. Wills has an amazing passion for sports of all kinds, and is really into the rules, the referees, and which team each person is on. He also has an incredible drive to practice over and over and over again (specifically basketball.)
Wills is also a fantastic big brother and great teacher. One day, when he decided he wanted to teach Lea how to play basketball, he dumped out a small container of shapes, brought the container over to Lea and started showing her how to shoot the baby basketball into it. He then told her to try and try again. (I think he got that from Sesame Street.:)
Our little guy is extremely inquisitive and asks “why” about everything and anything under the sun. I must say, he has posed many a question that I myself cannot answer.
Happy 2 1/2 year, little guy! We love you!
